Norwegian Gothic/Doom Metal collective Evig Natt have released a new video for the track Death, taken from their upcoming fourth album, Vaketimen, out February 20th on Wormholedeath.

“The single draws inspiration from the iconic character Death from Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman, portraying her not as a threat but as a calm and inevitable presence. She is neither good nor evil. She arrives when the time has come, whether we are ready or not, and guides the transition with quiet dignity. The song reflects on humanity’s fear of death, shaped largely by the unknown rather than by reality itself. The result is a restrained, emotional piece that leans into atmosphere and weight rather than shock.”
