“The album talks about a bit of everything: broken relationships, envy, exhaustion, disillusionment—but also love, growth, and resilience,” the band explains. “You could say it’s an album about the human experience, and the title reflects that widespread burnout imposed by our routines and society.” With a sound that flows through alternative rock, touches of metal, and raw ballads like Sweet Delusion, the band maintains a diverse identity—rejecting labels and defying expectations. “Our goal was to treat each song like a single, with strong hooks made to be sung in unison at shows.”
