US Heavy Metal duo Ashes of Ares have released a new single/video, Keep On Walkin, ahead of their forthcoming album, New Messiahs, due out August 8th via ROAR.

About the haunting single, Keep On Walkin, Matt Barlow reveals:

“Keep On Walkin’ is a song I wrote about parenthood while considering my relationship with my sons. I was inspired after taking a walk one day and thinking of that walk as the measure of a lifespan. I wanted to start the narrative with my son’s first steps and end after I have passed away and they continue on their own path.”
