On the back of their new EP, Svartsyn, Melodic Black/Death Metal band Mylingen has released a brand new lyric video for Mörkrets Spiral.

“‘Mörkrets Spiral’ deeply digs in the dark corners of the Self. When your soul feeds with fears and torments, you can’t find a way to go out from an endless spiral of negativity. Your humanity is lost, forever.

‘Svartsyn’ is the 3rd release from Mylingen, an EP following the debut album ‘Under En Svart Himmel”’ released in 2024. The sound is a bit more aggressive here, but still maintains the melancholy and melody from previous releases. Thematically the EP is a journey through the dark recesses of man, exploring themes such as depression, hate, deception, and lust.”
